Daniela Freitas-Ronquilio is originally from Brazil and moved to Hawaii over 10 years ago.With a 20 years background in sports (turned pro at the age of 16) she is now a certified personal trainer, class instructor and amateur Figure competitor.

Former 2X Bodyboarding World Champion, she then made a transition into Bodybuilding and represents the " Aloha State" in many figure competitions. 

She has been using the glutes and abs method for over 20 years. It has helped her a lot in strength and conditioning for competitions.

For the sport of Bodyboarding ,which was Dani's profession for over 16 years, the glutes and abs workout helped to make her kick harder in the water as well as have a strong back support. The stronger your abs are the less pressure goes on your back.

Daniela was also trained by Alvaro Romano, the mentor of Ginastica Natural, for 6 years. She applies a lot of the movement, agility and flexibility into Ultimate BKW.It helps with toning,balance and overall fitness.Check out this huge Brazilian sensation at www.ginasticanatural.com
